My rates are based on industry standards and tariffs recommended by the Alliance of Language and Media Practitioners (LAMP), the South African Translators' Institute (SATI) and the SA Freelancers’ Association (SAFREA).

• All rates are per published word, unless otherwise specified.

• Prices are negotiable.

• Rates are dependent on time spent, number of words, complexity and urgency.

• A premium of 25 - 50% may be added for writing that demands expertise, is very technical, requires specialist knowledge or a significant amount of research.

• No VAT charged.

Rates are dependent on time spent, number of words, complexity and urgency. I reserve the right to add a 25% premium for writing that demands specific expertise, is very technical, requires specialist knowledge or a significant amount of research. A 25% premium will be charged if the work requires working nights. A 50% premium will be charged if the work requires working weekends.
